No
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

Only 2 things really count to being able to prove your language requirement.rhcp wrote:If you completed a (basic/short) course, e.g. "Supervisor course and training" in finnish language. Will the CERTIFICATE excempt you for taking finnish language exam if you apply fir citizenship?

1. A paper from the YKI test, with at least level 3 grades.
2. A paper that you get from almost completing a degree in Finnish. This is given to you before you attempt your thesis towards the end of graduation in Uni.
Make sure you apply for the YKI test as SOON as the test dates open. Otherwise you'll find that even 10 hours after the bookings open you might have to travel some 700km away to the nearest available testing centre.
