Hi all,
While filing the divorce application form (found here), there are two sections, 'Muut vaatimukset perusteineen', which I understand as being other demands in the application, e.g. if there are disagreements or such about anything. Do we understand that correctly?
And then there is a section "Sopimus lapsen / lasten huollosta" and we have mutually agreed that primarily the kids stay with the mother, and we have joint custody, which obviously means I have NOT ticked the next question, i.e. 'Sosiaalilautakunnan kanssa (pvm) ', since we have no disagreements. The form itself has a tick box, and there is a PDF field fillable column next to that, does that need filling in? If so, what information?
We intend to continue living in the same house till we sell off the house (and I understand the divorce proceedings also take about 6 months).
What else do we need to do please?
Thanks for any help.
