Dell Technical service?

Does Dell provide technical services in Finland (for example to add more memory or SSD in the laptop?)
I could not find such information on their website (mainly because of my limited Finnish).

Iirc last time our company's dells went to Estonia for everything. Or rather they sent new machine and old one went back in same package. Basically any shop can add memory or switch drives. Just google dell huolto and contact the nearest one. Or use some other search engine...

Thanks, it's quite new machine and still under the warranty so I didn't want to open it as it might void the warranty.
