If you want to move abroad and work as a nurse there are special forums for that, just Google them. If you specifically want to work in the UK or Ireland there are agencies recruiting for those countries. If you have a valid Finnish nursing license and originally trained in Finland or the EU you still need to register with the Nursing Boards of those countries, it should be smooth if you have a Finnish or EU nursing license, but it is still a process and costs about 800e. You cannot work anywhere unless you are registered with the local Nursing Board. Some agencies will re-imburse you the cost of getting the license once you are registered, if you sign up to work for them. However, they cannot get the license for you faster.
If you originally trained as a nurse outside the EU it is a much more difficult process, even if you have a Finnish license or one from another EU country. This might sound strange, but you are assessed on your original education and if it is from outside the EU you are not guaranteed that you will get a British or Irish license. Also, be aware that for Ireland you must be a Registered Nurse. No other type of "nurse" is recognised as a "nurse", they don't have practical nurses etc., those are called care assistants.
Finally, at the moment Ireland is having another real-estate boom fueled by a shortage of available property to buy or rent. Rents are absolutely outrageous in all the urban areas. They are almost at Manhattan prices. You will not be able to rent an apartment on a nursing salary to live in by yourself. You would have to share and the quality might be terrible.
