vaping and box mods

So I know that it you can no longer buy e-liquids online or any flavored liquids in shops/online. I was wondering though how it is with mods and tanks? It's hard to find info in English about this. Anyone have any idea about for example ordering a box mod or a tank etc from Sweden?
