May I know what is an additional info they asked? ThanksSunia wrote: ↑Thu Jun 07, 2018 3:22 pmHi guys!
I've been following this thread and last year's citizenship thread altogether for more than a year now and finally it's my turn to contribute
I proved my identity on the 1st of Feb in Helsinki and received positive decision on 5th of June. I submitted updated account statements, pay slips and travel info on 22nd of May without any request. I was asked for an additional info on 31st of May and answered the request on the 4th, then got the decision next morning
SunnyFin,
No, you don't get notified when it moves to the processing stage, only if they need additional info you'll get notified. And when you receive the decision you also get the notification.
Good luck to everyone!

hi, can you tell when did your friend submitted his online application and paid his fee? i think the time starts when you pay the fee because my wife's application was submitted in December and she went to migri for identification on Feb 28th, she got her decision on may 28th which is only 3 months after identification and 6 months from online application

Payment was one day before going to migri. You might be right. Was your wife applying with Finnish or Swedish?

Hello guys,
Can you please update about your experiences being in "in progress" stage?
Usually how long does it take; if asked for additional documents, after how many days it was asked; stuffs like these.
Thank you in Advance.
Nice midsummer to all.

Hello
Anyone proved their identity in March and got the decision? I have a friend got her result after only 2 months. She proved her identity on 23/3 and got the result on 24/5. We proved our identities on 13/3 and still in stage 1. We are in the same city (Turku),so same police point. She is married to a Finn though.
