This is a discriminating demand that you cannot make in a job advert.
Any male cook that you reject can now file a complain.
- You will be responsible for your own taxes

You are the employer and the employer remains responsible.
If the cook doesn't fill in the forms correctly, the taxman will knock on your door.

I am interested in cooking. I am an Indian and I can cook various items, cooking is my hobby and I can cook for you. Also I am not expecting money from you. What do you think?
