The Salary Level for a Student in Finland

Post by KasperUJensen » Thu Jan 11, 2018 5:05 pm

Hi everyone
We are a danish startup that a consider moving our business to Finland (Helsinki) too. However that would require that we hired some students to help us out. Before we do so we need to find out which salary level they would be on. Here in Denmark they are paid the same as people in the supermarket or behind the counter in the local coffeehouse. It would be hourly based, but the total amount would be around 10 hours a week. How much would a person mentioned above be paid? Anyone knows or any place I could find the answer, I have tried Google however really different answers are coming up.

They are the kind of startup headed by people who don't know how to provide basic information while seeking some help in specific issues. As we know, those startups always grow to be very successful.
Every f*cking case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online. Stop being a moron!

Yes exactly that kind of startup ;) No the reason why I wrote it this way is because in all countries we operate in, the salary is the same for these jobs, more or less :) We are planing to hire guides to show people different things after interest, such as historical places etc. The guides does not need any education or similar needed to master this job. This might sound wired, but that is due to the concept we operate under.
