This sounds very dodgy from an ALV point of view. If the services are rendered and consumed in Finland then they are liable for ALV. You would have to discuss this with an accountant or Vero.dubliner wrote:

Ky used to be a quite popular form back in the day, mainly as OY needed the capital and Ay only offered the liability.
