I believe the best with your skills is Nokia, unfortunately it is far from good time there.

PABX?

Post by rogerwilco » Thu Nov 29, 2007 10:26 pm

Hello jehanzaib,
I've been searching the term PABX, for those like me who did not know what was it, and i've found few interresting stuffs:
The term PBX spawns from the original term PABX, which is an acronym for Private Automatic Branch Exchange.
A Hybrid IP PBX will typically also support analog phones to complement its support of VoIP Phones.
PBXs at different office locations can be connected to a single transparent circuit-switched network by using T1- or E1-lines.ing an IP PBX.

So now, what's difference between a PABX and a PBX, I can't tell...
