Outokumpu is strengthening its Corporate Strategy and Planning function. We are looking for a high achiever who has broad understanding of strategic frameworks and hands-on experience in implementing them in business life. The position will include participating in developing corporate strategy, facilitating strategy work in the top management as well as in the whole group, developing strategy process and supporting different strategic projects. We expect the candidate to have
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in working with strategy either in a professional fi rm (e.g. business/strategy consulting or investment banking) or in industry
• A master’s level university education
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills together with an ability to learn quickly will be required.
• Work is conducted both independently and as a member of various teams.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations as well as fl uent oral and written
• English language is a must to deliver results.
• Ability for conceptual thinking and creativity enable true excellence in the job.

The new Manager - Corporate Strategy will report to Senior Vice President - Strategy and Corporate Planning, and will be based at Outokumpu’s Corporate Management in Espoo, Finland.
