Element Storage Systems is the leading supplier of dynamic storage solutions for warehouses and industry in the Nordic and Baltic regions. We represent machine brands such as Megamat and Kardex and also a fully automatic storage system AutoStore®. Element Storage Systems reached a turnover of about 18 million in 2007. Our main office is at Kløfta in Norway near Oslo. Furthermore we have local branches in Lund and Stockholm in Sweden, Odense in Denmark and Hyvinkää in Finland. Our Finnish branch is also responsible of the Baltic States. We are today over 70 employees in a rapidly growing organization. We are certified according to NS-EN ISO 9001:2000.

To give even more boost for our growth we are looking for a SALES MANAGER

Your main task is to deepen and develop co-operation with the customers of Element Storage Systems Finland Oy and especially you create openings with new customers mainly in the Baltic area, but also in Finland if necessary. The customer needs are familiar to you because you work close to them and act as a reliable partner, who is able to offer the right solutions at the right time. As a goal-directed player you bring the sales projects to an end with efficiency and care.

We are looking for a person with some experience in sales of tailor made solutions for industry / logistics or who has an interest in developing his/her skills to a professional level in this area. You possess a broad knowledge of local business cultures in Baltic States and comprehend their needs. Your education can be technical or commercial, but most the important virtues are to be eager and willing to work in solution based sales and to bring the projects successfully to an end. Very important requirements are a willingness to travel and proficiency in spoken and written Russian and English. Other language skills as Finnish or Swedish are seen as assets.
