What kind of work? And are you EU citizen?
If you are there are many for service and cleaning jobs.
If you are non EU, its a bit harder but not impossible. many have done it. You just have to have great experience and find the right employer with an open mind.

You can get a job without it, but it is always far, far more unlikely.
Service jobs are practically all only for finnish speakers. Cleaning jobs are
possible.
