hi all.

Im going back home for 4 weeks in summer and i found a summer job there but my questions are:

Am i allowed to work abroad and getting kela money? (i guess not)

What is the maximum income i can get abroad?

If i earn less than kela money, do kela pay the difference?

So you are going to go home and work in your own country and still try to get money from Finland?

Gees, lovely.

A bit more information. Are you a student, or are you in the Finnish system as unemployed?

im in the integration program studying finnish but we got summer holidays and no i dont want money from finland if i earn more back home (of course not) BUT if i earn less than i should receive from kela (cos we get paid during this summer holiday) does kela pays the difference or they pay nothing because i work abroad.

Just to know if its better to work a bit or not work at all and not losing money.

Pleas stop thinking we rip off your country. I know finnish people back home who get unemployment money as well and they learn french.
