Nothing is for certain here in Finland and as a business man you'll know nothing is for sure either....but there are many opportunities if you have a good eye for business. Many things missing here, that are needed! I would say it is a good time to invest...but in what its down to you. Whats your background? Property if it keeps on going down might be a good investment...regarding a small rental income.

P.s Most Finn's don't like hearing about your money...so keep that as much to yourself. As its more likely to close doors than open them.

Buy or built some log cabbins closer to Russian boarder on Saimaa or round this area. And rent it. Demand is too big.

I have this incredible idea for a website. Sell terrains on the moon! If it has been done already, we can sell terrains on mars.
Investiment is only 490 thousand euros.

Unfortunately not... I strongly sugest you create that shuttle company. When me and the OP have a bunch of people buyng terrains on mars, we will need some way to send them there!
