Well, this one is close to Seinäjoki. Of course, you will probably need to have at least some ability with spoken Finnish.

You probably need more than some ability to speak finnish, i can be wrong tho. 1 of 5 farmers i know can really speak english.
And you need either education/experience on that work. You have to know how do all works in farm alone (you do those when farmer is on vacation)

There is soon tyre change time so look for those and also there seems to be lot of works for construction assistants.
