One question about the winter holiday. Is the employee entitled to a winter holiday is he/she worked for more then 1 year in the same company?

Winter holiday
Re: Winter holiday
Basicly yes. "Holiday counting" is 31.3-31.3 (iirc) and if you work full counting year you get 2.5 holiday days/month if less then 2 holiday days/month.r32 wrote:One question about the winter holiday. That means 4 week summer holiday and 1 week winter holiday when you work full counting year.
If less then you can always negotiate your holidays so you get some holiday in winter too.
