Post by amittated » Sun Apr 26, 2009 9:06 am

Hi,

My wife is dependent on me and she is having only residence permit. Is she allowed to work here in Finland ? May be some kind of part-time job ?

Regards,
Amit

What kind of residence permit does she have? for what reason?

Did you look at Migri's site?

Yes she can as per the below link. But as in most of the forums, searching a job without knowing finnish is difficult as i'm trying for the same for few months. Anyways Good luck.

she can work if she has a resident permit that allows her to work. its always written in the Visa if she is not a EU citizen.
