Re: salary for consultants
beginner around 2800 euros dont know about accenture.
Re: salary for consultants
It is inline with all other major consultancy companies. It depends on your actual level what kind of bonus you might be eligible for and also depends on your performance rating. Dont know the start salaries since it has been a while.

Re: salary for consultants
IT salaries here from 4-5 K euro. Accenture is "the best working place", 2007 and salaries should be bigger. I think you ask 6.5K and drop to 6 in negotiations.
good luck.
good luck.
Re: salary for consultants
Accenture has been named "Best Workplace" in Finland in 2007, 2008 and 2009. http://careers3.accenture.com/Careers/F ... e_Work.htmfinlandforumuser wrote:IT salaries here from 4-5 K euro. Re: salary for consultants
Accenture doesn't pay more than 3k for a junior position. Also as a IT person you will be earning around 3k in the beginning, except you got a very special skill set.

Re: salary for consultants
I feel like Santa Clause, when people try to proof he doesn't exists
Look at the AVERAGE salaries:
http://www.payscale.com/research/FI/Cou ... and/Salary
OR here:
http://www.glassdoor.com/GD/Salaries/co ... =79&locT=N
40-50 K is the average for a mid-class company salary, perm staff.
Accenture is not far from average; the best working place won't come for free, the tough interview questions, consultant type of job, recommendation - all these require the compensation and it is really good in Accenture. I tell you. Don't try to proof I don't exit.
Of course, the entry salary and mature one are too big differences. Assuming 8% salary grow per year, it is normal if skills are ok, so starting from 3500 in few 5-6 years you get the adequate compensation package ~5К,add the bonus and you get the salary of the Men.
Another option, make a shift from some other well known name here, like Suunto, then you can ask at least the same salary. Good spirit assumes +10 %, however.
Good luck. Here you can earn, just need to have skills, experience, reputation, etc.

You will be even more surprised, if you would search for good consultant at this time. Fact is: all smart people sit on their ass and don't change the working place. They are simply scared to be fired on the trial. Other days, companies could expect one-two good candidates but now NO.cressers wrote:6.5k€. In finland, for accenture???

Re: salary for consultants
Worked there for 3,5 years till recently.
Accenture starting salary is less than 3K for analyst position (starter)
Normally it takes 2-3 years till promotion to consultant
consultant position >4K to 5K (performance reviews have a significant impact on the salary, raise from 5 to 20% annually depending on your performance)
For SAP consultants SAP bonus comes on top of the salary, which was 5K per year but there was some discussion that it would be cancelled this year.
6,5 K is not realistic unless you are really (i mean really) good and very experienced!!!

Re: salary for consultants
I don't object that. However, typically the salary is growing over years. Assuming entry salary as 3 K, in 3 years it grows to 5K, raise from 5 to 20% as you wrote. Since that person get 5% annually. Now the question from basic school, how many year worker needs to get 6.5 K? Answer is simple: with 5% raise it will be less than 6 years (5% is 250 euro per year). Basically, after 10 years in the company 6.5 K doesn't look as fantastic.eivoiollatotta wrote:6,5 K is not realistic unless you are really (i mean really) good and very experienced!!!
