A team of TMI's or an OY? What are the tax benefits?

Bill for work done in Finland or Dubai ------ sent to a Dubai Limited Company account ------ The the Dubai Limited then pay's for services from TMI's here in Finland

This sounds very dodgy from an ALV point of view. If the services are rendered and consumed in Finland then they are liable for ALV. You would have to discuss this with an accountant or Vero.

Ky used to be a quite popular form back in the day, mainly as OY needed the capital and Ay only offered the liability.

OY seems to be best option...But the OPs seen hell bent upon non-payment of Insurance and Pension and also tax !!

TMI means you get your ass in a sling. AY means your friend gets your ass in a sling. OY means... no sling.

Perhaps you can trust yourself not to get your ass in a sling, but can you trust your friend?

It's OK doing something like teaching English or handyman work, but anything else is madness.

The only Ky I have noticed around here seem to be transport companies or plumbers. So, I guess they are family businesses.

And Lidl. Ky doesn't have to tell so much about it's finances and doings as oy must.
