Hello I'm Erasmus exchange student at TKK. In Czech Republic I used to work as a sound engineer. I can teach playing: Guitar, Saxophone, I concentrate on musical harmony exercises so my students are able to improvise on every instrument once the can play single tones.

best bet is to hang around inferno and Tavastia and see if any of the metal bands want a freelance sound engineer..and then enter the profession in that way..
Other option is to knock on the music promotion companies..that do the props ..
