Does anybody know direct contact of Human Resources Dept. at Olkiluoto NPP contruction site?

I'm an Italian Electrical Engineer with 5+ years experience in working abroad.
I am currently in Finland and looking for a job.
Experience in 3D piping design.
Experience in design of electric installations and automation.
Experience in Project Management.
Experience as Team Leader.

I know Areva and I've been applying already on other positions with them.
The point is: there are not only Key Experts working on the site... and while Areva recruits the "top" staff, who is recruiting all the support staff??? (I'm talking about positions like assistants to Supervisors and Engineers, planners, designers and so on...)
