I have seen an advertisement for part time newspaper delivery using my car, I think it is 1-2 times per week, has anyone here done this type of work? And how much do they pay?
Thanks for all replies!

varajakaja ( reserve distributor ) makes more money than the other disstributors but must have a car. A reserve distributor can make 250-650 Euros/month ( depending on the work load ).
Click on "Ilmoittaudu jakajaksi" and fill in your application !

Alternative 2 :
To make some extra money in Helsinki you could deliver advertising leaflets ( minimum wage 7,9 Euros per hour, in some areas of Helsinki it is possible to earn 10-13 Euros per hour if you are fast. )
You would work 2-3 days a week.
Payday every two weeks.
I saw the ad here :

contact info : [email protected]
You can of course write to them in English. They are desperately looking for leaflet distributors.
I do not think that you would need any Finnish skills to do the job.

Re: Newspaper delivery
Varajakaja? Does this mean I would deliver papers door to door using my car?
Re: Newspaper delivery
Yes !bm50 wrote:Varajakaja? Does this mean I would deliver papers door to door using my car?
A portion of the permanent deliverers is always on a vacation or sick-leave and that is the reason why reserve deliverers are needed. Reserve deliverers must have a car because their delivery area changes all the time whereas permanent deliverers have their own permanent areas. Driving expenses will be compensated.
Reserve deliverers make more money than permanent deliverers.
Re: Newspaper delivery
Hi again,
I thought the work was just taking the papers to different area's for other people to deliver!

Re: Newspaper delivery
No, you would have to deliver the leaflets and the papers. You would get a delivery bag for that purpose.bm50 wrote:Hi again,
