Former US/UK/Commonwealth military in Helsinki region?

I'm a former US Marine looking for some former US/UK/Commonwealth military (Marines/Army) interested in starting an outdoor fitness business in the Helsinki region. Prerequisites, must STILL be in top physical fitness and have experience leading platoon PT.
