Hi,
Can someone point to a lawyer for making "work agreement", for my following needs.
I have "toiminimi" in Finland, and would like to work together with some person outside EU, in order to develop a "hobby software project".
The whole idea of "work agreement" would be to keep everything legal, or in same way as RentACode / TopCoder website, except that now I work directly with the person.
Basically work agreement should ensure that all business laws are followed and I will pay XX amount if this person successfully develops the project.
many thanks.

Re: Work agreement over internet
Lawyer? Gosh that'll be expensive.
Just write down the terms. pre-requisites. who has rights to/owns the code at the end.

Then you'll need the project requirements up front so that you can attach them to the contract. If it's rolling, then agree a man-day price then for each delivery you pay (e.g. 5 days for requirements analysis, 3 days for mock-up). Then the costs will be clear when you change your mind...I will pay XX amount if this person successfully develops the project.

So there will be no labour / employment law issues.. ?
Re: Work agreement over internet
It depends if you're employing them directly or just buying service from their company.
The second is easiest and has the least paperwork.
