looking for cleaning job in December

Hi all,
does any body know that if there are some companies looking for cleaning employees in December?I guess because of the weather,a lot of people quit the job?I would love to work ,no matter how cold it is outside.Thank you so much.

Uhh? Why would people quit cleaning jobs because of the cold weather? You know the cold weather is normal, it is the terribly warm weather lately that is not normal.

I think interlukin means the relatively mild winters over the last few years.

Well last week it was slightly nippy... I'm sweating like a pig right now and I've got a G-1 without much lining, a short-sleeved shirt and a long-armed tee...
