This i have been trying to do but i was thinking that it should bee some English web site for those issues -or u have to learn Suomi first and after some couple of years to come back in mol.fi

Yeah, its a definite "hint" of what it requires to find a job. If you can twiddle the basics then you can search for ads in English.

I don't know what web browser you use but you can download Google Toolbar for IE and FireFox and it has a built in translator. The translation isn't perfect but it does help. I use it all the time.
