Looking for someone who knows PHPBB

I am looking for a person to do a project for my PHPBB web pages.

The forum system is based on PHPBB and we would like to create a front page, with events etc etc possibly moving to another forum software if it suits our needs better, Germancarzone.com is an example of the kind of thing we are looking for. But the main thing is we want to try and get away from just looking like a forum.

This is not a cash in hand job, all the right paper work will have to be done.
