English babysitter/cleaner available in Turku

I am English and have recently moved to Turku, and would be available as a babysitter or cleaner in the Turku area. English is my native language but I also speak very good French and basic Finnish. I would consider any offers, am available to start immediately and would be satisfied with irregular or short-term work, although something more regular would be even better.
I am friendly, polite and always happy to help. If I am asked to look after children I would also be willing to help out around the house if necessary. I would be able to plan plenty of activities for the child, both at home and outside, if required. I am currently taking a year out from studying for a Fine Art and Philosophy degree in London, so I would be keen to do creative activities with children and visit art galleries or museums with them. I am prepared to look after children of any age and I will consider any offers put to me. If working for a bi-lingual family would also help me to improve my Finnish language ability I would be very happy.
