Chef for hire

Hi there,

I am living in Helsinki and have been for three weeks now. I promised myself a few weeks holiday since leaving my previous postion in the UK.

I am aware of the Salmonella and hygiene tests and have worked in one unit for a few days but am now looking for something either a little more permanant or through the xmas period.

15 years experience, pretty good chef(i'll say no more)

If anyone knows of a restaurant/hotel/organisation looking for a chef than please let me know
