Programmer is looking for a job(unpaid for experience)

Post by Vadim5 » Fri Apr 11, 2014 2:00 am

I am looking for a volunteer job (unpaid) as a SW developer during summer period in order to improve my skills and extend current work experience. My current field of interest is C/C++, Java SE / EE, PHP, Oracle, MySQL, Mobile Apps. I speak fluent English, basic Finnish and native Russian. I have 2 Master Degrees (Maths and IT) and some prior work experience in Java and C++ commercial SW development. More detailed information is in my linkedin profile fi.linkedin.com/pub/vadim-korsakov/8a/b31/67b/

I am looking for a job in Tampere Region and also considering remote work in other cities.

My e-mail is [email protected]

You could do some stuff for associations, but company would see a strike if they took unpaid intern. First collective agreement I checked states that trainees must get 75% of minimum wage if they have no experience or education, 85% if they have the latter.

Visa is for visiting, Residence Permit for residing.

Good advice. Many small associations struggle with their IT implementations but have no budget for professional help.
You could at least act as a free lancer.
