As EU citizen you can of course come to Finland, register your business and start with your business without needing any Residence Permit.

For staying longer than 3 months in Finland you of course have to register at the police before the 3 months end. Of course you have to prove to the police that your business is already generating a sufficient income to support yourself.

Thanks for the advice, but it's about my girlfriend lives there and i want to be with her.
I know that website and others like Italki, but my idea is kinda different and so good to make a good marketing.
Is that about 12000 EUR necessary? Isnt enough to prove that im making enough gross every month?
I didnt know that i could start the project here, sounds good! Do you think that i could even hire anyone from Finland while im here?

Forget about a common salary index, your proposed career is a strange market here.Hats off to anyone who pulls 2k a month from languages running their own business.

I would explore a business system that sees you devote 100% of your efforts into making it work.
So use a middle company that skims a little from your earnings as they will handle all your legal obligations.(most obligations).You dont need to start your own legal entity but you still have created a business with opportunities.And you have full control

Another way is to get involved with another type of middle company here in finland ,whose objective isnt to skim from your profits, but they do cost something as you become like an employee and still pay your obligations.It can be possible in your field as its education.

Residence permit through migri is "the last resort for EU citizen.
The 1st step is to come here,start business, hang out for 3 months , then visit http://www.poliisi.fi/poliisi/home.nsf/ ... endocument

Then keep working on your business.

Theres a lot of people over the years who have had the same idea as you , some of them will have insight that will take you years to gain.You should network with them if they let you.
