What can I do if she doesnt want to send me the salary?

I worked for her for 3 weeks as cleaning job, and then she didn't need me anymore. I gave her my tax card. But she didn't give me a contract. In October, she said that she would send me the salary on 12th November, but now nothing's happened. What can I do now? I am a student

Tell her your joining a union https://www.pam.fi/en/membership/join-pam.html (Employment advice 030 100 620) and you will submit a claim against her using the union tools if she doesn't pay .If union not interested there will be other options for you to push it forward.
Written or verbal contract .
With verbal contract you cannot prove what your work agreement "content" is, but it doesn't mean that you cannot prove you worked for this lady. Even better that you never signed a temporary(short term contract-no probation period agreed).
Theres some options as a student.
None in finland likes to see workers ripped off. Many tools in your favor.
