Needing a native Japanese "chef" for start-up business plus some initial research in Helsinki. 

We are looking for someone willing to put in a small amount of their own free-time on some research (Not paid) to begin with. This has the possibility of big benefits and a great job for the right person if all works out. 

1-2 hours research time per week to begin (for approx 3-4 weeks).

We are not looking for the most celebrated and awarded cook, we are looking for dedicated, entrepreneurial and hard working person with experience in Japanese cuisine.
