i just need one small information , is any job search visa provided in Finland, if yes means can any one please share the link to me , presently i am Norway with work permit visa.
1) With work visa (Norway) can i apply to Finland job search visa also ?

There is no job search visa. However, you can arrive as a Schengen tourist for 90 days with your Norwegian permit.
