How to find shops for rent advertisements in Helsinki?

Hello everyone,

Can someone share with me how I can look for advertisements for
shoplots for rent or
restaurant business or bed and breakfast for sale in Finland?

I was particularly interested in the Central Railway Station in Helsinki but I don't know who to ask about it and I tried sending an enquiry through VR but no reply. I am exploring the idea of opening a co-working space in Vantaa too by buying over a bed and breakfast but have trouble looking for information online.
