I own a small company, Kotipalvelu Kehrälintu and I want to grow my business with someone, who is interested in elderly care and home help. My calendar is already so full that I have to turn new customers down because I don't have the time to serve them.

You should have some degree and experience in the fields of health, elderly care and/or cleaning. You should also live in Tampere, speak some Finnish and be willing to quickly learn more.
