Careers in Health Care Administration

Hello, I'm interested in looking into careers in health care in Finland. Specifically medical billing/coding, medical administration or receptionist/medical case management. I was raised in Finland and came to the U.S. while still in grade school. So I speak Finnish fluently but am rather embarrassed about my writing skills and honestly, am concerned about how I would perform using Finnish in a professional setting (I'm sure it will improve significantly just from having to speak/write on a regular basis). At any rate, I'm not quite sure how to look into these careers in Finland (Helsinki area). Any guidance on where exactly to look?
