Job offer (cleaner/siivoja) full time
Re: Job offer (cleaner/siivoja) full time
Less paper work for the employer.roger_roger wrote:could you explain why EU citizenship is considered advantage?
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

You couldn't get anyone to come from outside of the EU to do the job, anyway. A cleaner isn't exactly rocket science. You couldn't tell the Finnish Government there is no one amongst the 100 million + people in the EU who could clean

Lousy pay -> locals don't want to do it -> lots of foreigners working in the field -> freed from labor market assessment.Flossy1978 wrote:You couldn't get anyone to come from outside of the EU to do the job, anyway. "Uudenmaan ELY-keskus vapautti viime vuonna siivousalan työvoiman saatavuusharkinnasta. Päätös pohjautui työvoimahallinnon käyttämään ammattibarometriin, jossa siivousala määritellään työvoimapulasta kärsiväksi alaksi Uudellamaalla."
I don't know what the current status is.

I can see there is discution "why this" "why that"?!
It is not sayed that Non EU citizens are not welcome. Off course they are, but we already have EU citizens and it is easier to comunicate between etc.
Also less paper work.
And we offer temporary work place.
Belive it is not same clean your own home and do it like full time work for somebody else.

I admire ur honesty even though I am yet to understand how being an eu citizen gives someone an advantage in Finland in terms of communication over some other non eu citizen.
In terms of paper work, isnt it supposed to be just a question of having the rights to work in Finland (workpermit) or not?
