Looking for a Finn buisness partner

Hello. I am from India, Bangalore. I currently live in India as well. I was in Helsinki recently , on a tourist visa, of course. I have traveled to a lot of other European countries, to name a few- Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Netherlands to name a few. I was basically on a food exploration trip. Trying to understand the Indian food options available in Europe and the authenticity in flavors, ingredients used , etc. To my dismay , it was very disappointing. So make this introduction short , i have been cooking and catering for private supper clubs in India, Bangalore for over 5 years. Mostly for Expats. The response has been phenomenal. In fact i had the oppurtunity to do food taste tests and sampling in Rome, Lapeeranta , Amsterdam and Koln. I did not do this commercially as i was on a tourist visa and cannot be involved in anything commercially , which i respect. But to be modest enough, it was a sell out , like the food was gone before the predicted duration. it was overwhelming. I am looking to open a small, cozy shop, and offer pre planned nutritious , flavorful, fresh food. Along with, take away snacks and munchies. To sum it up , a convenient round the corner shop to satiate the 4 o clock slump. I have kind of researched all possibilities to move to Finland and do this. The best way would be to find the perfect Finn Friend/ partner, not necessarily a financial partner. I would appreciate any information, proposals , etc on this and we can discuss in detail. I know i can make a small difference to the food scene locally. would love to connect with local producers as well. looking forward to a fruitful thread.

hello 007. Looking for a Finnish partner, in the sense of the regulation for a Non EU resident opening a small business in Finland. In my research for registering for a residence permit and work permit in Finland, it makes sense to have a local Resident as a partner to make the legal correspondence and registrations smooth. Also it will be lovely in terms of Local language knowledge, cultural interaction and exchange of knowledge. Also the local partner will be able to help and guide in the process of deciding the location, setting up the place, sourcing local ingredients , etc. I am ready to make the investments and do the necessary running around required.
