Q : Software Engineer job seeker in finland (Android, java)

Hello,
i'm a software engineer, i'm more experienced in mobile android developing and java web apps,
i live currenty in france, i'm a moroccan citizen,

i applied for many job offers on websites to find any job in high tech type, but always the response is negative , because of my nationality or because i'm not a EU citizen,

when i asked some people , they are always saying that i need to contact somone personally, the problem i don't know anyone from finland ,
maybe you will ask why finland, i will answer it's my dream land , it's my 3rd year in france , and i didn't like it here to be honest,

so i'm asking if is it possible to contact somone here to help me get any job offer,
