Is it allowed for a Non-EU studying in Finland to get a job in Germany?
I have a B type permit, can this possibly be converted to a job permit in Germany or its totally not possible?

Each country has their own residence permit process. Your permit allows you to study and work with limitations in Finland during your studies. There is no process to convert it to another country. You would have to apply separately to Germany for a work permit.
