Accidentally employing myself?
I am looking at setting up a toiminimi in Finland and establishing residence. I already have an American company, and I would want to continue invoicing my clients from my American company (some American companies prefer not to work with overseas companies). If I do my work in my American company and then simply invoice it from my Finnish company, do I run the risk of my American company being considered a deemed or disguised employer in Finland?
