They back the stuff they sell...even though its second hand items (Nokia mostly) , they give you a 3 month hardware warranty on all items purchased.

Laptop covers a lot of ground...what kind are you looking for? I have a 2001 Mac iBook that I might consider parting with if you're interested in a Mac.
