Hi!

Can anyone recommend any websites for cheap flights to Australia from Finland other than expedia and ebookers or any info on obtaining cheap flights?

Thanks,
Poe :)

save a lot via london

Two Aussies I know always go via London. They book the cheapest flight from here to London and then use a uk travel agency to go to Aussie. You can save a lot( 800 euros sometimes) or so Ihave heard. You should check this out first before you book anything from here. WE have so many airlines leaving form the uk that the competition is better and so is the price.
I hope this helps

The best prices I was able to get was calling the airlines directly. For example my flights last Christmas were €1300 flying Finnair/Qantas via Tokyo. If you ask for flights to Australia, this is not usually offered as there is an overnight required on the way back but considering it was about €500 cheaper than anything else that was offered, I was more than happy.

Other tips is to look for flights from the UK. http://www.travelselect.com or http://www.lastminute.com might be useful.

Try http://www.estravel.ee look at the flights section. Travelling in June/July, return is available, to Sydney from as little as €1214.
