Women's groups are aimed for all women living in intercultural relationships. You may have just started your relationship or been married for a decade, you may or may not have children or have a Finnish or foreign background. All groups are free and confidential and they are facilitated by trained volunteers (many of whom are in intercultural relationships as well). Each group has 6-8 meetings and the meetings last 1,5-2 hours.
The are two groups starting in October: one group in Finnish and one group in English.

The Duo Project also organises a Will & Skill relationship coaching in November.
Will & Skill relationship coaching programme will give you new ideas and research-based relationship skills that can strengthen your relationship. The three-day programme in English consists of short introductory lectures after which couples work privately on exercises and homework designed to address the challenges in their real-life relationship.
