Kalaton
(Rottenditch, Shytepond, Fishless)

To add to the places to go fishing,
How about Lake Pahakala outside Joensuu?

Well, I'm glad I don't have to write "Karhunperse" on my envelopes when sending mail

We all know why poor Gavin got a PO box in Hamina, his village is 'Neuvoton' (Clueless).

Let´s bring some life in this thread...
Not far from my house is a place called Pöljä. I couldn´t find it in my little taskusanakirja but it means something like "fool" or "crazy"...
When I only lived shortly in Finland I saw many villages called Kaatupaikka
I remembered I asked my wife: "Isn´t there another place also called Kaatupaikka?". She answered: "Yeah, but you don´t wanna live there...".
