Finnish Language/Grammar Exercises

Post by Rachels » Tue Apr 13, 2004 2:19 pm

Does anybody know of some good Finnish exercises on the web or know of where I can get hold of some that my finace and I can use in our Finnish lessons. We have the Finnish for Foreigners books but to be honest the exercises are a bit boring... As I learned Swedish at uni through grammar first I think this way is easier than the old 'My name is...'.

Are there any exercies at all where we can use them in a structured lesson but are a bit meatier than those beginners books?

Thanks!

Rachel

Couldn't find the site with exercises I had in mind.

But if you're hot, don't piddle around: for intermediate students I seriously recommend Selksuomi. Good to expand one's vocab and consolidate the rest!

Enjoy!

IMHO This is one of the best sets (Suomea Ole Hyvä):

Should keep you busy for a long time.
