The headline this morning in Finland's Tietoviikko newspaper is not good: "Turku uskoo linuxiin." In other words, Finland second largest city, Turku population around 200,000 - is dropping its Linux plans.

Yeah, noticed that one too. The news itself was though a bit ambiguous as they were so close to each other. Probably interviewed different department officials. I think the 2nd news article was the one that conveyed the message, the 'Turku uskoo linuxiin' was more of a 'testing is going on'...
