"Kuka on meidan suomen ystävää?"
If yes why is there the second -ä? :ohno:

The sentence isn't quite right. If it's supposed to be "Who's a/the friend of our Finland," it should be "Kuka on meidän Suomen ystävä?"

"Ystävää" is indeed the partitive form, but it doesn't quite work in that sentence.

Who is our finnish friend? (from Finland)

Or, "Kuka on meidän ystävämme Suomesta?" (who is our friend from finland, which is not the same exactly as our finnish friend... but anyways)
